Northern Trust is pleased to confirm that work has started on site for the construction of the first phase of their new industrial development on Cliftonhall Road in Newbridge.
When completed this first phase will provide 14 units totalling 28,413 sq ft; with units ranging in size from 1,045 sq ft up to 4,154 sq ft, which will be arranged into 3 terraced blocks with the central block incorporating back to back units. The units will be constructed to a high specification and will each incorporate office space. There will be dedicated parking to the front and generous circulation space.

We are expecting to launch the new scheme in the autumn. This new development will complement our existing ownership in Scotland; which once completed will extend to over 470,000 sq ft of multi-let industrial and office accommodation.”
The site itself is situated in the heart of Newbridge, off Cliftonhall Road, close to the M9 and M8 interchange. The plans also include a second phase of development incorporating four larger units arranged in a single terraced block with sizes from 8,877 sq ft up to 15,150 sq ft.
The development will be actively managed by Northern Trust’s in house managing agents Whittle Jones Scotland.
